The Family Violence Intervention Program (FVIP) is a community-based, voluntary program that provides victims of family violence with assistance and support through crisis intervention and follow-up. The FVIP program is operated by the American Alternative Court Services Atlanta (AACS Atlanta)


The FVIP provides services to any person who has been a victim of family violence regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion. Services are available regardless of the ability to pay. The Family Violence Intervention Program Marietta (FVIP) is a program that provides services to families in the Marietta area who are experiencing domestic violence.

24/7 crisis intervention

Emergency shelter

Case management

Counseling services

Court advocacy and accompaniment
